Pneumatic conveying units are stand-alone solutions for transferring dry bulk materials through an enclosed conveying pipeline using pressure differential and air. Air is generated by air movement machineries, such as fans, roots blowers or compressors.
Pneumatic conveying solutions provide a cost-effective way to handle and transfer powdered and dry bulk granular materials. For example, they convey dry bulk material from the silo to a ship loader or truck loading station.

Our pneumatic conveying systems are specially designed for In-plant transfer and intra-terminal transfer of dry bulk materials. These pneumatic conveying systems allow quick and efficient transport for a wide variety of dry bulk materials with capacities up to 500 tph over conveying lengths up to 1.000 meters. These conveying systems convey dust-free and without spillage and contamination.

Big bag-to-silo loader
Big bag-to-Silo Loader is used for efficiently discharging big bags and dust-free loading of Dry bulk silos. The system consists of a platform, big bag discharger hopper, screw conveyor, dust collector and sender tank. When placed on the hopper, the big bag discharger hopper can be integrated with a cutting knife to cut the big bags instantly. After the sender tank is full of material, the material can be discharged towards the silo by pressure conveying.
