SHIP-TO-SILO
UNLOADERS
The Ship-to-silo unloaders only require a pipeline connection to handle the entire conveying process from ship to store. All our configurations are available with a manipulator arm for open hatch (option 1) unloading or delivered with a flexible hose connection for closed hatch (option 2) unloading.
The closed hatch unloading option can only be used with a fluidized floor vessel and can be operational in any weather condition.

The PSU-X is our most straightforward and reliable solution for unloading dry bulk materials from ships and barges. Designed with simplicity in mind, it transfers material directly from vessel to silo without unnecessary complexity. Each PSU-X is developed in close cooperation with the client and can be equipped with optional technologies to meet specific operational requirements.

The PSU-1 is designed for the efficient transfer of cement and similar dry bulk materials from vessels directly to storage silos. Its enclosed pneumatic conveying process supports clean and controlled unloading. Intelligent controls provide real-time monitoring, remote access and advanced diagnostics for faster support and reduced downtime. Available in road-capable, stationary, dock-mobile and gantry-mobile configurations, the PSU-1 can be adapted to different terminal layouts and operational requirements.

The PSU-2 is a fully electric pneumatic unloader for the dust-free transfer of cement and similar dry bulk materials from vessels to storage silos. Its rotating suction nozzle and enclosed conveying process ensure clean, controlled and high-performance operation. Stationary, dock-mobile and gantry-mobile configurations suit different terminal layouts.
